The two principals of MRI are William D. Evans and Kevin Coffey. The MRI team is an experienced group of real estate professionals dedicated to building strong relationships.

Together, they possess the skills necessary to successfully analyze, acquire, and add value to investment real estate projects, the focus of their business activities.

Prior to forming MRI, William Evans, and Kevin Coffey, spent the first ten years of their real estate careers with large real estate companies that owned and operated portfolios of institutional quality real estate. Each rose to managerial positions with responsibility over the acquisition, renovation, development and disposition of institutional grade real estate projects.

Mr. Evans was responsible for overseeing over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial assets and 3,000 apartment units jointly owned by his employer and institutional partners. Mr. Coffey oversaw a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the South Florida market.

Prior to commencing their real estate careers in these larger organizations, Mr. Evans was a CPA, and Mr. Coffey an attorney. Both specialized in tax and real estate matters.
