Making deals that make money.

Since the formation of MRI, the organization has successfully purchased several office buildings and apartment complexes, many with extensive renovation components, all of which have been profitable investments.

Over the course of the past several years, we've methodically increased our average deal size, growing from the $2 - 3 Million range, to the $6 - 20 Million range, a niche that we think is competitively advantageous.

Several of these properties have undergone substantial interior and exterior renovations in excess of $10,000 per unit.

Many of the smaller properties purchased when the company was first formed have now run through the cycle of renovation and leasing, and have either been successfully refinanced or sold for substantial profit.
